"Bella Ciao" is an Italian partisan song, the English translation of which is "Goodbye Beautiful."

Actually the background of this song might not fit the relationship between Ludwig and Feliciano, but it is a beautiful song, and it made me think of the scene in the original Hetalia manga where Feliciano says goodbye to Ludwig *^^*
